How the cash-health colors work

The safe can be at the correct dollar total and still need attention. Large bills are monitored for being too concentrated; change denominations are monitored for running too low. These are management thresholds and can be adjusted as we learn the right levels for each shop.

Submit the record

If the safe is over or short, submit it anyway. The point of this system is to preserve the record so management can see exactly when a discrepancy appeared.
